Nicole M. Koster is a an associate at Lynn Gartner Dunne & Frigenti, LLP.
Prior to joining the Firm Nicole worked at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanor offenses and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
Nicole received her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, summa cum laude, in 2017, and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in May 2020.
During law school, Nicole was a member of the Center for International and Comparative Law and competed on the School’s Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition team. She also participated as a student intern with the School’s Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, held a summer internships with Nassau County Court Judge William J. O’Brien and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, and held a judicial externship with U.S. Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Nicole is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York. Nicole is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
